Org dashboard

Seat manager, readiness distribution, and a full team progress table — see exactly who is on track and who needs a nudge.

Readiness analytics + CSV export

Every learner rolls up into a readiness band (not ready / building / guarantee-ready / strong) with exportable reports for compliance and operations records.

At-risk flags

Learners stalled 10+ days or below 70% readiness are surfaced automatically so managers can step in early.

Completion certificates

Course-completion certificates issue automatically — track how many of your team have finished at a glance.

How team onboarding works

  1. 1. Buy seats. Choose a seat count at checkout — you'll name your organization and pay for that seat count up front.
  2. 2. Invite your team. From the /team console, invite members by email — each accepted invite fills one seat.
  3. 3. Track readiness. Watch course completion and exam readiness roll in per learner, with at-risk flags surfaced automatically.
  4. 4. Export for compliance. Pull CSV reports and completion certificates whenever you need a record.

Frequently asked

How does volume pricing work?

Pick a seat count at checkout — the price per seat drops automatically at 5, 10, and 20 seats. There's no separate quote process for standard volume; the table above is the real, live pricing.

Can we add seats later?

Yes. Buying more seats from an existing team account tops up the same organization's seat capacity instead of creating a second one — your roster, readiness data, and dashboard stay in one place.

Who manages the team account?

Whoever completes the purchase becomes the org's manager (a free leader seat — managers don't consume purchased capacity) and can invite members by email from the /team console, reassign seats, and pull CSV exports.

Do unused seats expire?

No. Purchased seat capacity doesn't expire — you can invite members whenever you're ready to onboard them.

Is there a larger-scale enterprise option?
